  • Establishment of JV, Malaysian Mud and Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. for Bulking Services at ASB, Labuan
  • 1989 Establishment of Provision of Slickline Services
    1. • Established Camco (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (CMSB) in partnership with Camco Inc. in 1987
    2. • First wireline contract secured in 1989

    1. • Acquisition of 100% equity interest in Deleum Rotary Services Sdn. Bhd. in 2010
  • 2012 30th Anniversary and Corporate Rebranding
  • Acquisition of 60% equity interest in Deleum Primera Sdn. Bhd.
  • 2015 Establishment of JV between Deleum Berhad and Solar Turbines International Company (STICO) via STICO participation in Turboservices Overhaul Sdn. Bhd.

  • 2022 Incorporation of Deleum Oilfield Solutions (Thailand) Co., Ltd,. a Thailand-based subsidiary to provide software, oilfield and chemical services in Thailand under the Oilfield Services Segment
  • Acquisition of additional 26.67% equity interest in Deleum Primera Sdn Bhd (now known as Deleum Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd)
