  • 2015 Establishment of JV between Deleum Berhad and Solar Turbines International Company (STICO) via STICO participation in Turboservices Overhaul Sdn. Bhd.

2020's

  • 2022 Incorporation of Deleum Oilfield Solutions (Thailand) Co., Ltd,. a Thailand-based subsidiary to provide software, oilfield and chemical services in Thailand under the Oilfield Services Segment
  • Acquisition of additional 26.67% equity interest in Deleum Primera Sdn Bhd (now known as Deleum Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd)
  • Purchase of solid control assets to enhance service offerings under the Oilfield Services Segment
  • Acquisition of 869,565 ordinary shares in LatConnect 60 Limited (“Lat60”), representing 7.7% of the enlarged equity interest in Lat60. 
  • Incorporation of Deleum Services (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd. and Deleum Services (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. to provide oil and gas services in Sarawak and Sabah region.
