Our Heat Induction Paint Removal technology utilizes a controlled induction heating process for the efficient removal of rust, paint, and coatings from steel surfaces. This method, based on patented induction technology, provides a proven and reliable solution for removing various types of coatings, including thick rubber, ebonite, fiberglass, passive fire protection (PFP) systems, epoxy coatings, and traditional paint systems.
Decks and gangways
Water tanks
Helicopter decks
Fire-protected areas
And many more
This system can effectively remove coatings with thicknesses of up to 20–25 mm, on metal surfaces with a minimum thickness of approximately 5 mm.
Traditionally, paint and coating removal is carried out using sandblasting or high-pressure water jetting (UHP), which requires complete isolation of treated sections, extensive safety measures, and the removal of sand, sediment, and water. These methods can be time-consuming and costly, requiring additional resources for proper waste management, noise control, and protection from air contamination.
Ideal for removing various types of paint and coatings
Easier and more cost-effective waste disposal and recycling
Health and environment-friendly: Entire coatings are removed intact, eliminating the risk of disintegration or contamination by harmful agents
Reduced power consumption during operation
