Our team possesses the expertise to implement effective PFP systems designed to protect critical steel structures against cryogenic spills, hydrocarbon fires, and jet fire scenarios, particularly within oil and gas assets.
We own and operate equipment capable of handling the most demanding epoxy intumescent fire protection coatings. Our spraying system is specifically designed for refractory expanding epoxy material, maintaining consistent temperature control while providing precise ratio control for two-part epoxy intumescent fire protection coatings in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
The selection of an appropriate PFP product for a project is based on various factors, including fire type, duration, substrate material (typically steel), substrate type, and environmental conditions. The recommended PFP products have undergone rigorous fire testing and received certification from third-party inspectors. Our qualified personnel conduct thorough integrity surveys of both new and existing PFP structures, offering recommendations and solutions for new applications or spot and repair work.
